I created this course to share what I've learned because I believe:

  • The way marketers are expected to work right now is not okay
  • Marketing bears the burden of success yet is the first casualty of budget cuts
  • Business leaders need to do better of establishing goals and leading teams

And I think giving people information, frameworks, and support to challenge leadership in positive ways is a step toward changing that.
